General Description

The MB89150/A series has been developed as general-purpose version of the F2MC*-8L family consisting of proprietary 8-bit, single-chip microcontrollers.

In addition to a pact instruction set, the MB89150 series microcontrollers contain a variety of peripheral functions such as dual-clock control system, five operating speed control stages, timers, a serial interface, a remote control transmission output, external interrupts, an LCD controller/driver, an LCD booster, and a watch prescaler.
